bad breath while starvmaxxing?

been starvemaxxing for 3-4 days straight
and i don't know why but i feel like my breath smells bad
even when i brush me teeth + mouthwash it still feels like it smells bad

is there any way to fix this?

had this too on a 7 day no water no food fast. lowk I just dealt with it but you can just use mouthspray.

I did both but no food and no water deadass mogs the shit out of just no water. you see 100x the results. its just way harder mentally and physically. thought I was gonna die.
