Bad breath

I’ve been told I have bad breath for atleast a year. I swear to you I brush twice a day, floss and scrape my tongue. When I scrape my tongue, even after like 5 minutes of scraping, it gets less white but is still very white. Please help I hate having bad breath and js want it gone, any help identifying the cause and treatment would be very much appreciated x

You could have tonsil stones, go get it checked. But remember when scraping tongue to brush it with toothpaste and then use a tongue scraper. Also just use mouth wash and gum

Mouth breathing, snoring, caffeine, dehydration can cause smell. Drink more water, Chew xylitol gum it could also be tonsil stones stuck between the teeth.

you can do it at home, use a flashlight try coughing or swallowing see if anything comes out. also do you ever feel like something is stuck in your throat?

You mean like something hard or like a bit softer? Cos sometimes it feels like something is stuck in my throat, like idk how to explain it but it’s kinda like a bit soft, not quite a liquid but less than a solid if that makes sense
