Bad diet vs stress

This two things can ruin your looks but Which one is worst? I think "bad diet" is the biggest cope.

Stress is the real enemy.
Stress raises your bad hormones.
Stress ages you faster.
Stay away from stress boyos

Stress is the slow killer.

Stressed out for a week? No big deal. Stressed out for 6 months? Eh... Stressed out for a year? Problems start. Stressed out for 5 years? You will look back at yourself from 5 years ago and see the hair loss, collagen tanked, and weight gained.

No stress lifestyle is ideal. Money= less stress

Having money is one of the key to living a stress free life. The damage stress does on a daily basis is unnoticeable, but being stressed from 25-35 (like most modern men) is a looks killer. Keep working out, drinking water, wear sunscreen, and don’t get into a stressful career.

im greyhairmaxxed since 14yo so my cortisolmaxx plan is working
 
so does shit diet, its not a cope. Processed foods put the body in an inflammatory state which kills collagen, accelerates and even causes hairloss, causes illness etc.
Here just a few bad hormones raised by wrong food:
-Insulin constantly spiked (Diabates, wrecks your collagen, etc.)
-5 alpha reductase (converts T to DHT in an excessive way which causes hairloss, hormonal imbalance -> improper development, etc. )
and so many more.

Bad diet is NOT a cope.

Bad diet can looksmin you drastically in the sense that eating a high calorie high carb diet will make you fat.

But stress can actually do all the things mentioned ITT in addition to making you hungrier and want to eat more.
 
Could a bad diet and stress make worse your bones? Could it make you shorter?

insulin is actually a really good transporter, meaning it shuffles everything, from amino-acids, glycogen, vitamins,and fatty acids into the correct areas.

Yeah hairloss and collagen here. Its incredible the difference collagen makes tbh

insulin basically also opens up the cell so combine carbs with fats and fats get transported into fatcells. humans are defenitly not meant to be exposed to lots of insulin spikes, research crushingly supports this and diabetes aswell as obesity would not be a thing/ as common if we ate primal
