bad experiences with bonesmashing?

people say bonesmashing is cope and extremely dangerous. and yea, i get why it's dangerous, but never heard anybody say anything happend to them. did y'all make any bad experiences with that?

nothing bad happened to me so far ive been doing it for around 6 month now
