Bad eye area. Surgery options, minoxidil?

I'm not sure if minoxidil would help me or if I shouldn't even bother. My eye area is ass and the only softmax I can think of is minoxidil.
Scleral show is a big one (as you can obviously see I squintmaxx in most photos...), is there any actually working softmax for this shit except for permasquinting or is surgery the only way? Is surgery for this even worth it?

scleral show can be treated with hardmaxxing or even eye drops can maybe work

just go to a doctor and ask it

but training your orb cant hurt at all

what about minoxidil though, should I even bother with my eyebrows or not? Like I see there is something wrong with my eyebrows I just don't understand what is it (except for asymmetry obv)

i never tried
training orb and squintmaxxing gave me 0 uee and good eye area but my browridge wasnt this high so idk bout that
