During puberty is where you can ascend the most, and is crucial for bone development and height. The main reason people are recessed manlet's in there later life is from bad habits they consistently did in puberty!

1. Being malnourished and not giving your body the amount of nutrients/calories to grow. A few years ago i went i stupidly went into a harsh calorie deficit (i was eating like 1,500 calories a day) and i did this for about a month, and im pretty confident it stunted my growth. My parents are pretty tall too, so its clear its from the malnourishment, and all the normies at school overtook me in height. Don't do this!

2. Not being active/working out . A study shows that working out makes the body increase peak bone mass to reduce risk of fractures later on in life. Also, "Short bursts of intense exercise naturally stimulate the pituitary gland to release HGH." Free HGH :eek:

3. Nose breathing and optimal tongue posture. This is a pretty tip of the iceberg fact but mouth breathing, even in adult years can change your face negatively, just think of the effect it will have when you are still growing. The reason most people have a underdeveloped palate is because there tongue posture was shit during puberty. This study backs this all up.

Not related but why was the food pyramid thing completly different when i was in elementary lol. Did people randomly discover protein was the most important thing for bone growth?

2. Pulses are negligeble but defiently work out. Not high intensity, obviously you dont wanna stress. You will nuke your T otherwise
3. Tbh this mostly matters in prepuberty, not puberty. In puberty it saves you from further recession, but protrusion only happens in prepuberty i infer

i think im pretty malnourished but my main problem i feel is my bone mass i want to work on it im 5"8-5"9 started puberty late growthplates arde still open and my bone age is around 18 months behind, so i feel im still have time to grow how can i make my tongue be pressed against my palate without having to do it and think about it manually and mainly what can i do for bones

You're a fucking retard, these hormones/compounds are released due to the stress that you are putting your body under. Nose-breathing & optimal tongue posture should be subconscious, this only comes from good bone development in the first place. Calories also are irrelevant, you can eat lots of calories & still be malnourished from a technical perspective. Even Asdvek gives higher IQ information :feelskek:.

I was extremely malnourished, I weighted fucking 25kg at 11yo, basically cooked myself for life
