Bad Habits To Avoid During Puberty

During puberty is where you can ascend the most, and is crucial for bone development and height. The main reason people are recessed manlet's in there later life is from bad habits they consistently did in puberty!

1. Being malnourished and not giving your body the amount of nutrients/calories to grow. A few years ago i went i stupidly went into a harsh calorie deficit (i was eating like 1,500 calories a day) and i did this for about a month, and im pretty confident it stunted my growth. My parents are pretty tall too, so its clear its from the malnourishment, and all the normies at school overtook me in height. Don't do this!

2. Not being active/working out . A study shows that working out makes the body increase peak bone mass to reduce risk of fractures later on in life. Also, "Short bursts of intense exercise naturally stimulate the pituitary gland to release HGH." Free HGH :eek:

3. Nose breathing and optimal tongue posture. This is a pretty tip of the iceberg fact but mouth breathing, even in adult years can change your face negatively, just think of the effect it will have when you are still growing. The reason most people have a underdeveloped palate is because there tongue posture was shit during puberty. This study backs this all up.

first high effort guide so :aheago:
Great guide

Woudln't the HGH you realese when working out be wasted in your muscles instead of it going to your growth plates?
