Last 2 to 3 months I ve started losing my good habits turning on the bad side. Eat more slop, don't workout, less of my favorite sports. Since the school has ended all I do is walking on streets and stick to phone. Appetite has gone crazy after being sick for a week or two. Still haven't found any ways to lose the appetite and get dophamine from other activities. I feel like I lost emotions and am like a living thing without any matter, even stopped caring/thinking about my crush. No vibe no energy or interest to anything. Some advices how to get my lifestyle good back? I d also appreciate if you d recommend something actually cool to spend my money or js activities. Planning returning for judo

This was deadass me too. I broke up with my girl and for like a month I was caring about it so much and couldnt take my head off it. I randomly stopped caring about my life and stopped doing everything js like you. This shit is weird but starving myself for 5 days with no food or water genuinely made my life 1000000 times better.

Still can't start, literally seing any good looking food makes my brain undisciplined I feel like I should at least try eat. I also wonder how did you survive 5 days without water, and if you live with your family what you told to them to not aware abt it?

Yeah Im 16 so I live with my parents but honestly there not really home a lot so they dont check up on me a ton. Honestly, I was just in such a state of like not caring or depression I guess you could say that I didnt really feel the thirst, honestly just the hunger on the second day but it went away and the third and fourth day was really easy. It felt like I was coming back alive. Sounds corny af but its true. And on the fifth day it was lowkey light but I did start to get thirsty.

all you gotta do is take one step at a time man, it's okay to have occasional setbacks and you don't have to constantly make positive progress at all times. i would recommend trying to fix one small part of your previous habits at a time. for example, maybe start being consistent about what you eat for breakfast every day, then move on to breakfast + lunch on a fairly consistent schedule, etc etc. once you establish a baseline, you can start going back to the gym, but think about it from a technical aspect of how good your form is and see it as a privilege, not a chore. don't try to reclaim everything at once, it'll end bad and you'll regress right back to how u are rn. all that matters is little steps, take care 💗

everyone has phases like this, not everyone is born with discipline and ambition.

when i was younger all i did was skulk about never having a girlfriend, overweight asf, just wanted to sit in the house all day, skip gym, order pizza...

you will just get that sudden urge to do shit again, theres probably some neurological reasoning behind it like scientifically or whatever, but if you once were in positive regime, you will get back into it.

i hope it gets better soon

Keep a nice sleep schedule, Idk how old you are / if you have school or not. But participating in the day when the suns up, definitely helped me.

yeah you need 8+ hours, such a parent thing to say but sleep is so important for like literally everything, muscle recovery, cognitive function, appetite. list goes on.
