Bad idea to tan while using tretinoin?

Hell no. The part of skin you apply Tretinoin on becomes highly sensitive to UV rays, meaning it will permenately tan. Although, you can simply apply broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, on the part where you applied Tretinoin.
