He unironically needed monobloc advancement.

He should have gotten a lefort3 with at least 40mm advancement, orbital box osteotomy, at least 20mm monobloc advancement, and BSSO with CCW + Chin Wing and Jaw angle implants.

In a second procedure ZSO with 7mm lateral and 5mm forward projection, supra and infraorbital implants, canthoplasty and a brow ridge implant.

3rd procedure would be rhinoplasty, buccal fat removal, liposuction, undereye filler, jawline filler, lip filler and a square chin implant.
