Bad Midface and Bad IPD

My two biggest failos are my bad (low) IPD and long midface. What surgery do you need to fix these two? What softmaxxxes can help?

Keeping a decent (wider) middle of the eyebrows gap makes your IPD and midface look a tad better to people. The wider the gap the less close IPD sticks out which helps midface a little also.

Yep make sure the inner eyebrows are out on each side as much as possible without looking crazy. Keep any eyebrow length you have in the outer eyebrow areas.

Couldn't find any male ones real fast but this female doesn't have narrow IPD but how the gap is wide in the middle of the brows is how you want it and keep it as long as you can on the outside.

Wouldnt the opposite be ideal ? I notice everytime the gap between my eyebrows are shorter and closer together it gives the illusion of closer ipd and looks better for me
