RF microneedling, Hyaluronic acid, Retinol, GHK-Cu would help but with only minimal effects. Fat grafting is another one. Although if you are undergoing puberty, facial fat distribution, zygomatic arches and your midface height/width projection will continue changing throughout puberty. Its probably a facial fat distribution problem, not a skeletal one.

In that case, try boost collagen production to the greatest extent you can. You could still be open for options such as dermal fillers, US tightening, radiofrequency, Ablative and Co2 laser treatment. Also try consider giving retinoids a shot.
