How would one go on about reversing bad neurotransmitters

Less fap, sunlight, shifting to different activites. There is no supplement for this, except something like thyroid and in some casses even cannabis as if youre like me it will show you how shitty and wrong your thinking process and focus is. Cannabis should be discontinued as it actually hinders attention unless youre taking pure cbd (which in case why? ). Then the most imperative is to read some books and watch slow movies, soon you will want to watch them more. Shift then to more serious study and ofc while doing those you must slowly give up mindless scrolling. DO NOT DO dopamine detox as youre not rewiring your bran with it, just reducing the dopamine pre synaptic release.
