Bad news abt igf1lr3 😔

So basically after a couple days of researching, it seems like it does work in aiding to grow bones and increase longitudinal bone growth however it’s gonna be less efficient than if u did hgh and you’ll get more organ growth whilst using it.

U also can’t use it for long since it can very easily grow ur organs unlike gh that u can use chronically year round

Pros are that it increases lean mass comparably to high dose test cycles(500mg+) and might be an insane beginner cycle if taken by itself

Conclusion: use igf1 lr3 if ur broke, it’s a good alternative, better than mk677 however there is no study’s for dosing etc. so just take 30mcg in my opinion and increase from there on out, and u cant be on it for long so limit the cycle

Well it’s undetectable systemically bec it’s technically a whole diff structure so if u get a blood test whilst on it, it will say ur igf1 levels r almost zero

Ya ur right but it would still grow u regardless

I don’t think it can diffuse into the growth plate because of that exact difference in structure

If it grows muscle extremely efficiently, grows ur organs decently well, what makes u think it won’t grow ur bones:feelshah:

"I don’t think it can diffuse into the growth plate" you simply have to read my reply again to understand why it wont grow u in height in specific, muscles and organs can receive the hormones through convection in the bloodstream but in the growth plate we're talking about diffusion which is a completely different story + the change is vascularity in the growth plates and tissues such as your organs and muscle, insanely different topics

grows ur organs decently well because it's systemic and continuous basal increase, the pulsatile secretion of the IGF exon 2 is local, potent and transient thus why it works well in the growth plates and doesn't necessarily grow your organs and you can grow similarly or even more than normal with certain compounds even though they don't stimulate as much systemic IGF-1 concentrations as they work transiently but potent enough

Oh I read diffuse as in a general term not literally

There was a study done on mice where they spliced the igf1 gene in mice to where they produced igf1lr3 endogenously and they grew a lot better than the control mice, I think u seen the study it’s popular

But yet again in sheep it showed that it didn’t increase lean mass or bone so that study on the sheep cannot be applied to humans since in humans it obviously builds lean mass and tissue

There r only animal studies abt this and they r all very shit so im probably just gonna blast lr3 probably later down the line after I get broke from gh:feelsokman:

igf-lr3 is fully bound to IGFBPs pretty sure so its shit overall even igf-des would have more of an use-case

key worth there is endogenously, everything done endogenously is different as it probably worked locally so it's heavy extrapolation there
