It’s both diet and habits. If you go raw carnivore, then the proper habits follow automatically. Literally less than 1000 people eat raw meat and animal fat only daily their entire lives. I became one of them a year ago.

Is there an alternative to do the meats job the only reason im not on carnivore diet all this years is because i can’t afford ut since im poor and i live in a 3rd world country, there must be something i can do for this
