bad posture

im struggling with the fact that i have forward head posture, it makes my side profile look bad.
and what makes it worse is that it makes my neck look long.

how can i fix my forward head posture and long neck?

forward head posture should not impact ur side profile. in fact it should make it look better cuz ur stretching the skin under ur chin.

phone posture (looking down all the time) is very bad tho and makes u look insecure af
