try test or hghso I took DIM200mg BERBERINE and animal pak and once I took mk677 15mg I got irregular heartbeat (still beating fast now) headaches, blurred vision, I did get joint pain which could’ve been some sort of growing pain but I was only able to get 1 hour of sleep it could’ve also been anxiety attack along with it because I was scared shitless and I had anxiety attacks before but imma hop off it I guess this life isn’t meant for me

yeah I thought so what do you recommend I get back on it at a even lower dose is what I’m thinking like 5mg until my body gets used to it and recognizes that it isn’t bad to have a panic attack and causing cortisol and I’m thinking of waiting until it’s out of my system first
Well this is entirely mental id suggest just being calm and getting used to using mk or potentially other pharmaceuticals give it time i guess
