What do you do if you have recessed maxilla projection & infraorbitals, just lefort or bonesmashing? I feel like my front profile is much better.

Ur right but if he chew hard gum or just chew and nose breath and also mew 24/7 during puberty there’s a chance that it would change his bone structure but it only have a chance to work during puberty
