10mg works just use it consistently also i dont think that high dosages are good for the skin, since demolition will be faster than repair there will likely be scars and holes left behind

If you’ve got hair loss/thinning along with oily skin and excess sebum, fin makes sense since it targets all three. But if your hair’s fine, I’d start with retinoids. retinol cream, adapalene, or tretinoin. They’re great for acne and oil control. Use a pea sized amount with a light moisturiser (or bio oil if your skin gets dry // also good for acne scarring), start once a week, and then build up to twice weekly as your skin adjusts.
