Ghk cu will help with skin quality just not acne, but you need to run like 5 mgs at very minimum

Agreed l people don’t take enough.

5mg for 2-3 months will change your skin quality for sure.

Won’t help acne tho as you said

Purely all you need for good skin. (Read about side effects though they aren't bad)

Also, if your acne isn't bad start out with a tretinoin.
