It's true and I can confirm it through experience. I've almost never met any good looking people that have any serious temperament/anger problems. Every person I've ever met (both male and female) that had a short fuse and got angered easily have been both dumb af and also typically not good looking.

It just goes to show that the 'good genetics come in a package' meme is legit and that the same is also true in reverse. Bad looks = Much higher chance of bad personality.

I would imagine that many other factors can be detected as well and humans also subconsciously pick up on these factors that lead to a preconceived idea of someone's personality just from looking at them.

This is not true. It's been proven that bad looks are correlated with lower IQ and lower IQ in turn correlates with inferior impulse control and intelligence.
