Honestly brutal how much how you were raised has an effect on your psyche and how you perceive the world.
So much trail and error to be able to act nt but I swear some mfs can sense it legit crazy

Very true, as I've gotten older my masking has improved to the point where I'm (imho) almost indistinguishable from normies but once in a blue moon I'll come across one with animal-tier instincts who'll clock me within milliseconds. There's nothing I can say or do to make these people not dislike me solely because of the unconscious non-NT vibes I give off.

Being with a nt foid is so draining that’s why I need my girl a lil on the spectrum but she will still have nt friends :(

Depends on how non-NT you are to start with.

Make a mental note as to whatever you do that's non-nt - ie monotone voice, body language, misinterpreting what other people's intentions are, eye contact, self awareness etc etc and over time eliminate each flaw (easier said than done, but it's not rocket science tbh) - If you're too monotone make a conscious effort to change the base volume of your voice according to an emotion you want to portray, spergy body language then be more expressive, intentions -> practice with characters on shows and movies, film yourself talking/moving on camera and gradually make adjustments over time etc etc

Observe autists and NTs you know irl and use them as reference points.
