It is neither a PSL ascension or descension.

His nose looks uncanny right now because the nose bridge is just too thin.
His nose tip is also thin as a result of it. But the nostril width and thickness have improved.
Due to his current thinner nostrils, his nose looks more Caucasoid.
Now that his nostril width is just slightly lower, his mouth appears to be wider and his face is lot more proportionate.
He needs another rhinoplasty surgery to fix his overly thin nose bridge, then he could probably hit the 6 PSL & above zone.
