I like the 90s version. It's just the new animation of it on Netflix is what fucks me up.

I know a lot of people who complained about the CGI. I didn't mind it tbh. Still found Baki entertaining enough to binge watch. So hyped for the new season with Pickle.

The way animation studios are going with CGI... I'm not sure... Like with the new Fooly Cooly season coming out Fooly Cooly Grunge. The cgi on that was ass on the trailer. 90s to 2000s anime was just goated. I remember when Mimi was being a thot with Naota. Also the original FLCL was funny like when they included that South Park scene.

100% CGI is obviously not good, but it's tolerable when it's only a little CGI mixed in with mostly hand drawn animation. Which is basically what Baki does.
