That's not true

There's people on fina from 20+ years with same hair
Yes but I started balding at 19. I would assume my hairloss is much more aggressive and won’t stay the same till I’m 50 JFL

Dutasteride, stronger than fin. For aggressive hairloss

I know I'm gonna make the switch when my bottle of fin runs out.

still tho not answering my question.

if in 10 years hair transplants were perfect and their was an infinite donor supply, everywhere could get nw1 hair transplants now and not have to worry about future recession and lack of donor hair

In theory yes but how would you have an infinite donor supply? All I can say for now is stack ru with your fin/dut and add whatever else you can stick to. Hope for the best but people have been waiting on the cure for balding for a looooong time.

Any idea how an infinite donor supply could be possible?

Once a few more effective treatments are out (that don’t give sides like fin) then we can say there is a cure for MPB. For example, KY19382 is double as effective as minoxidil, no sides and is currently being studied in Korea. If you combined something like this with a hair transplant, or minox, or CB you could have a cure

Hair cloning

I know that if I lose a single follicle of hair and ruin either my nw0 or density, it will be over for me. So i'm always on the lookout for future cures. Hair cloning is the most promising treatment rn for density:

It depends some people it only works for 10 years or so and they need to switch to dut or something

KY19382 is apparently 2x as effective as min @NorwoodMilitant said in this thread . W no sides
Link me. I’ve been shedding pretty bad from minox which means 1. I’m a responder and 2. If I stop now I shed all that hair for nothing

Not gonna stop but still curious

Keep using minox. Shedding is a very good sign that it is working.

KY is not easily obtainable yet. It is being studied by a Korean pharma company rn
