Like a low norwood 2 rn. I've got thick hair, just a receding hairline.I pulled up my hair for the first time in a while, and realised the corners have receded a shit ton:feelswhy:. dad is completely bald, with hair he was a norwood 3. Idk if it matters, but here's the family balding history: Mum- Good, thick hair, Dad- Horrendous hairline thin hair. Maternal grandfather - norwood 6, Paternal grandfather- norwood 1 somehow. If hair 'types' matter im fully white no mixing anywhere in my recent family history. I've got blonde roots which probably doesn't help checking my hairline. It looks fine until I pull my hair up. Help needed

Dont hop on Finasteride or Dutasteride yet since you're obviously still in puberty and need DHT for development especially for penile growth but after you turned 18/19 hop on a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor ASAP. The only effective things you can do now is apply topical minoxidil + maybe even an topical anti androgen like RU58841 but i would be careful with that as well since it can go potentially systemic.

Thank you einstein, what about oral minoxodil

He needs not only that, but daily scalp massages, daily nitric oxide enhancers, daily endothelial function practices like cardio, daily sun exposure or red light therapy on scalp, extremely high antiinflammatory regimen based on curcuma, pepper, cloves, garlic, red whine, olive oil, almonds, dark chocolate, chicory, raw salmon, true thym honey and so on, vitamin k to prevent any calcification risk of vessels and scalp lowering the incidence of fibrosis and permanent hair loss also

I've got pretty lucky with fat distribution in my face, good canine fossa so i have some sort of hollow cheeks. Bloating might not be terrible

90% of the shit your wrote is cope and can be seen as best health practices at most, sure increasing Nitric oxide may help a bit but it does not address the underlying hormonal causes of genetic hair loss. Im not aware of any studies that show accelerated hair regrowth in humans with these treatments.

try it out for sure if you dont care that much about bloating but even if you have good facial genetics less bloat is always better so i think topical minoxidil will be enough at first if youre just experiencing temporal recession.

I forgot ketoconazole shampoo twice a week, also preventing any systemic inflammation and boosting microcirculation can only be beneficial

yeah this is a good point definitely worth it as well
It just shows a association between diet and hair loss, but it cannot prove that the diet caused the hair loss. Again just correlation, not Causation. Also read the study the author literally say that the links between diet and AGA were significant and strong for women, but not statistically significant for men. The authors suggest that in men, the genetic and hormonal drivers of baldness (specifically DHT) are so dominant that the dietary influence is less apparent.
same case with this study
relys on self reported data and self assessments jfl. There are literally people that swear by putting seed oils on their scalp or aleppo soup that these esoteric treatmens make a difference so i completly ignore that just survey people and let them be the judge of their results. Same with the other study you linked these studies are just retrospective surveys with no placebo or control group either. Also Participants were not a random sample of people. They were individuals actively searching for alternative hair loss treatments online who were motivated enough to purchase materials from the lead author's website. I mean come on these are not even real clinical studies.

Also AGAIN the main outcome was a self-assessment on a five-point scale from "significant worsening" to "significant regrowth." This is not an objective measure like hair count, hair thickness analysis, or assessment by a dermatologist.

There are plenty of studies i just linked the first passing through my feed, but that s the succession of positive conclusions across my readings that motivated me to implement this

finasteride at 15 is diabolical, just stick to ru and min
ik but its the most effective solution and at 15-16 dht slowly becomes useless

Quote for the lazies: "The control area showed no significant change in hair count, hair thickness, and hair growth rate throughout the 24-week study period (Figs 24). The scalp massage area showed no significant change in the hair growth rate throughout the study period (Fig 4). However, the scalp massage area showed a significant increase in hair thickness at 24 weeks compared with the initiation point (0.085 ± 0.003 mm vs 0.092 ± 0.001 mm) and significant decrease in hair count at 12 weeks (163.889 ± 7.237/cm2 vs 155.500 ± 5.607/cm2) (Figs 2 and 3)."

penile development stops for 90 percent at 15-16

Also consume nettles, full of antioxidants and antiinflammatory compounds, many profactors of collagen, full amino acid spectrum, and the most interesting part a natural 5α-reductase inhibitor that can act as a good alternative to oral medication

it depends on when you hit puberty and the progression of the puberty, you cant just suggest op to take a 5ari without having any knowledge about how he developed

i made a generalized suggestion based of statistics i cant know how he developed or what stage of puberty he is in so i cant give him a personalized suggestion thats why i inluded 5ar blockers since it is a option

If u are balding, u most likely finished puberty earlier, but I won't suggest 5ar inhibitors as u are very young! Till 18 get on minoxidil, alfatradiol, ru58841, fluridil, ketoconazole 2% EOD! Try to get ur hands on as many topical anti androgens and use them till 18 and then switch to dut as u have a severe case if u are balding from 15

Hit puberty before everyone else
