recently got off accutane, about 4 months ago, my hair was completely fine and looked quite good whilst on accutane (didnt get oily) but recently im seeing alot of hair falling out throughout the day. This prompted me to check my hairline in detail and its slightly receded at the temples, not super noticably but the crown has seen a bunch of hair loss.
the hair loss is pretty quick though, i was completely fine even in 3 months ago, no recession at all. now there is a general loss in thickness in hair, and there seems to be some hairloss throughout.
Father is bald, his dad is bald, told me he started balding 30s ish. On the flip side my moms side of family has great hair genes, with great grandad having fullish hair all his life.
My main question is am I hard coping in thinking this is just Telogen effluvium and ill be okay given a few months or is this male pattern baldness
