live as healthy as you possibly can until you are old enough to try Finasteride + Minoxidil (Min is extremely toxic to cats, actually very deadly) and other treatments for hairloss. hopping on Finasteride or any other DHT blocker to stop hairloss at the age of 16 is a massive NO. there are a couple natural supplements, foods and semi treatments that you could try but i would ask doctor first tbh. you should focus on going to the gym. im not sure but maybe Minoxidil is safe at that age (again, ask your doctor), but apparently for it to have effect you need certain enzymes in your body wich a lot of people like me dont have. you could also try rosemary oil (works similarly to minoxidil) and other oils

some people seems to have legit reversed hair loss through natural oils and other natural supplements, but i dont think that would be the feasable for someone that started balding at 12 years old. sorry, i kinda know how that feels since i started at 16yo
