Has therapy ever worked for anyone? I dont think so. In the first place your talking to someone who really doesnt care nor relate.
Im assuming the balding stuff cant be adressed due to either financial or sourcing issues.
You def need a purpose besides the army imo. Your putting all your eggs in one basket
