I have 2 virologists doctors as friends, and they told me a lot about hiv. 2020 its really not a problem anymore to be hiv positive. These people all live totally normal. With medication their virus load is so low, that they could even have unprotected sex. Life expectancy with medication is the same as a healthy human.

If you notice balding, most likely 50% of your hair is already gone. I am taking finasteride since 1 year, and still loose hair. Lowering dht is not enough in a lot of cases. All other androgens like testosterone can also lead to hairloss.
I would 100% take hiv over balding in my 20s.

Being fat when young is also a terrible affliction. It's also so easy to spot and cure.
