it's better to be proactive when it comes to hair loss, it's fairly easy to prevent and hard to reverse.

Id focus on the top + corners. Sides can wait, I tried to get some grafts on the sides and it wasnt really worth it. Filling in the existing hairline should be priority, followed by another HT a year later to lower hairline + fill corners.

Head shape is good enough to get away with the sides.

You're too young for a hair transplant.
Take the big 3 medication:

1. Finasteride
2. Rogain
3. Microneedeling

If you are afraid of side effects of finasteride (which do exists for less than 1% of men), lower the dosage:

• Take 1mg on alternate days
• Or take 0.5mg (or even 0.25mg) every day
