I don't have time for explaining everything but basically :

- First, it's over for NW5+, sorry (go hair-system). Lifefuel for NW2-3

-You have a limited amount of UFs (5000 to 8000 MAX)

- Docs are really conservative, especially good ones.
They won't give you the NW1 for a good reason. They need to keep UFs in case you continue balding (cause the transplant will last forever).

- You need a god-tier doc
The better is the doc and technology, less UFs you need.
Shitty docs use between 3000 to 5000 UFs, while a good one might need less than 2000 for same or better result. Search about DHI instead of standard FUE. Some of them are just marketing tho.
ALL U.S DOCS ARE A JOKE. You have to go to Turkey or Europe. Browse the HT forums, the best ones are famous.


So, in order to get you're NW1, you'll have to get the best doc and be sure you're recession is stable, so you can use all your UFs.

This is one of the best doc you'll find btw. If the color seems odd to you in the vid, it's because the hair is new but don't worry oldcel, the transplanted hairs will turn white as the others in ~ a year. + the hairline nowadays gets even more natural than that. An other god-tier doc example :




Especially if you're not balding but only have a shitty hairline, then it's FKN LIFEFUEL.

Hair transplant works best for fixing recession in the front. Once the balding reaches the crown now that's hard mode and will either need multiple solutions, or just a hair system

It's not perfect, and balding incels will never have a non-frauding nw0 hairline, but it's still better than wigs.
But if you're high norwood and a poorcel, and at a cost 3$ per graft for 5000 grafts or more, you're looking at a 15000$ bill. That's a lot of wagecucking.

I wouldn’t mind telling to people I got a hair transplant. Everybody thinks it’s disgusting so they would understand, nobody want to go bald. A wig may be a bit more awkward, but who gives a fuck. People would judge for a week then what. Pretty sure your hot coworker would prefer a wig than your egghead.
