Balkans are mostly white but there are enough that look ethnic (like 20-25%) that you could make an argument that balkans are their own group of people rather than proper white as the public perceives.

There is no such thing as white race, every scientist will tell you that, there is tho differences between people living in different geographical areas aka phenotypes. So im not saying that a Nigerian is the 'same' as a Spaniard but im saying how there is no such thing as black and white race, thats extremely generalized and not accurate at all.

White is two things in general, one is the culture, history, and heritage. Now the Balkans is the only region of Europe that is completely missing all of the things above, common heritage, history, culture. The Balkans from the 15th to the 20th century was under Turkish and middle eastern cultural dominance and we were completely cut of from the advancements of the rest of Europe and we evolved very differently. We never had Renaissance, Humanism, Classicism etc. This is the reason way even today our mentality is very similar to middle eastern people, we are lazy, loud, aggressive, religious, low inhib and low iq.

On the topic of just "looking" white then the Balkan people at least 90% would be considered white i guess but this goes as well for white passing arabs, turks etc.

All in all we are culturally completely different from westerners and even Eastern Europeans like Polish or Russians and i honestly feel much more in common with even Syrians then French or Dutch
