I’ve been there and honestly most don’t but a fair amount do. Even then they look Levantine Arab not gulf Arab

Yes, i agree, when i say arab i refer as the larger group. Gulf arab look closer to indians than to italians on average. But put most levantine arabs, as in syria or lebanon, in south italia and you won't really be able to differenciate them if you don't have a good phenotype knowledge.
