Ball cancer

Like 2-3 years ago I had this weird lump on my balls, not the little band that goes around your ball. But an actual quite big lump.
I had to go to the local doctors office it was around march and in the uk the grass was still frosting. I had to get them checked by this doctor who was 100% gay he opened the door and said what gay horses eat “hayyyyyyyyyyy” and I’m already a below average dicklet, I tried covering my thang while he checked my balls but to no avail because bro kept asking me where the lump was and I had to take my hand off to point on my shrivelled sack and he saw my cone dih.
Nigga said he still wasn’t sure whether it was ball cancer or whatever it was, then got ultrasounded by a hairy poojeet who lathered my balls in lube.
In the end it was nothing, but the lump is way bigger now
