I'm pretty sure it's the moderator's choice to give users more than 2 unbans, and you actually requested 3 or 4 bans without having to wait to be unbanned. @balding17yomanletcel is dealing with personal issues and is obviously taking wrong decisions, so I'll give him this last third unban.
