I would like to inquire on the ban status of the user @Won'tStopNoodling. It seems as though his identity was mistaken and falsely attributed to be a banned user by the name of @StudyHacks. I am of the opinion that these two are not the same people and thus, it is an unfair ban.

Furthermore, suppose that they were, physically speaking, to be the same person - it is more than evident that at least mentally speaking they are different people. This is a lookist centered forum so we should not discriminate based on visual appearances, rather we should judge the virtue of a person by their character. In other words, even if both of the aforementioned users are physically one and the same, mentally they are disjoint - two different people that have inhabited the same physical manifestation.

If that is not enough of a compelling argument to persuade you, then perhaps under the spirit of it being the new year of 2021, you can find it in your hearts to give the user @Won'tStopNoodling a second chance under the guise of a blank slate.
