Yes. Spend time considering account deleted before acting upon it. There should be a rule in Annoucements section that states you cant come back and have a fresh account after willingly deleting the main.

Doubt it. People are generally much more likely to do react to a thread than reply to it, which is why it’s rather for easy for a post to get 30 reacts but unlikely for it to get 30 replies.
