I don't know exactly, but he was spamming posts on threads asking people to join for $19 dollars if I remember correctly. Must've learned that trick about stores selling items for $4.99 instead of $5 because psychologically it sounds better, and wanted to apply the same principle to his advertising.

@pashanimair was requested, his current warning level is enough for him to be unbanned already, and @Racepill has a permanent ban due to having a 120% warning level.
