I'm not really sure. If you have contact with them off platform you can ask them what their ban message said.

I unfortunately don't have access to the email system or anything, so I'm not personally able to review it. Dean handles like 100% of the appeals, moderators and I don't really manage them. When did you send your email?

It's unfortunately how he has it set up pretty much. We don't have a bans appeal section like we do on .org or anything.

Incel.is is even worse. The web admin doesn't even check messages. They'll send a message asking for more info when you give plenty and then not read it and ban you. At least this place is reasonable with its bans.

It's not against the rules to ask, no worries. It was a self requested ban, means he's allowed to come back whenever he wants.
