You’re welcome, Mike! I noticed you were suddenly banned, so I looked into it. Turns out you didn’t deserve the warning in the first place.

He’s new, so we’re going to help him as he goes along. When we pick new sub-moderators, we don’t give them any training beforehand. That’s why the newer staff members tend to make mistakes. But I’ll take the time to explain and give further guidance, though not right now because it’s 4:24 AM and I need to sleep.
