nah gay posting is a warn for the first times, it's not a straight perma ban and it depends on if you're trolling or not it can be a warn, but he apparently admitted in dms to being gay too so not much to do

in the rules of org, it clearly states do not post gay content, and i might be blind tbh but i dont see anywhere where it says you cannot be gay

the rules are just a guideline to follow, we can still enforce stuff which is not in the rules, rule that we don't allow gay people is a example for this. the admins told us months ago that it's not allowed, and we just enforce it. also as i said, he apparently confirmed it multiple times that he's gay, so it was a perma ban and not a warn.
