I made this image, I was not aware that he was 13 years of age but I still don't think I should be banned because this has happened before with other users and they were not banned.

Also, if the image was considered cp (which it isn't) it would've been flagged by AI and not created at all.

I want other staff members to chime in before a decision is made. If he wasn’t 13, I wouldn’t have been as reluctant to make the decision by myself so I want a second opinion from other staff members.

In pedagogy classes they teach us that kids don’t have the mental capacity to understand that they’re in the wrong, the brain doesn’t fully develop until around 25. At 13, it’s still less developed compared someone who’s older. Plus he’s been apologizing to you from what I’ve been reading. In any case, if other staff members believe he should get a permanent ban, he will get one for sure. I just want to avoid making a unilateral decision.

I agree that it wouldn’t excuse his actions if he, for example, actually tried to doxx you (as in, he published info about you that he thought was real but ended up being false) or if he actually doxxed you.

But given his age, I think it’s just an emotional reaction to his helplessness so I can somewhat sympathize as a result, especially with what I learned in university classes.
