BANDED SLEEPING
My thoughts
I attempted to test this theory, and personally believe it isn't worth it. I attempted to sleep like this, but felt like the cons outweighed and positives, and you should only do this if you are extremely desperate, and fortunately, I am not. I'm still in puberty, and believed that this method of sleeping was practically impossible, and that it would impact me more negatively than positively. However, nevertheless, I'll still drop a guide for those who are out of puberty and desperate, just saying, if you're this desperate, it is already over.

It's the idea of causing microfractures, through something like massai jumps and then applying a mechanical stretching of the tibia. Sounds like major cope but some people claim to have gained 2cm over the period of 3 months. (not worth it once again and I will disprove it.)
Banded sleeping setup
This isn't my photo, I found it online, and as you can see, it consists of resistance bands literally pulling your legs, expecting height growth. So why have these manlet copers managed to convince themselves they've grown a couple of CM from this? It obviously wasn't from their tibia from being stretched.
The reasoning for the height increase
Massai jumps might microfracture your tibia, however they won't be lengthened and instead will grow to become more dense and stronger. No you aren't ex exception, and no you won't be able to take advantage of this. As seen in the study below, the bone's remodelled and not actually lengthened. In comparison to the treatment used in traditional LL, which is known as distraction osteogenesis, which involves the bone being surgically cut and controlled., which will allow you to gain several centimetres of height. Jumping will not make you taller, surgery can.

Bone remodeling in response to in vivo fatigue microdamage - PubMed
It has been suggested that osteonal remodeling is triggered by bone microdamage. The validity of this theory rests on the assumption that loading within the physiological range will produce substantial microdamage with relatively few load cycles. The object of the first experiment was to...

Distraction osteogenesis of the lower extremity with use of monolateral external fixation. A study of two hundred and sixty-one femora and tibiae - PubMed
We reviewed the results of distraction osteogenesis of 114 femora and 147 tibiae that had been lengthened to treat a variety of diagnoses. The femora had been lengthened an average of eleven centimeters (range, 3.5 to 17.0 centimeters), or 48 per cent (range, 8 to 86 per cent) of the original...

The most likely reason that they did experience a slight increase in height that fed their delusions was due to the fact that it could have led to effects of decompression and also corrected posture, due to the constant stretch being provided, as well as being forced to sleep on your back, completely straight. Furthermore, not many of these people stated that their height actually came from their tibia growing and many claimed spinal growth, which could be posture correction.
My experience with banded sleeping
I decided to try this one night, as I had resistance bands at home and also ankle weights. I could not bare this for more than 15 minutes. It's the most uncomfortable thing ever, and I believe that nobody can have a good night's sleep with this. I took it off immediately out of the fear of cutting off my circulation and also being unable to sleep in this contraption.
The 1-2 cm height gains would be much less compared to the height gains I could get from a good night's sleep, as I'm still in puberty. It is not worth it at all, I promise. I felt like I was sleeping in a BDSM contraption, also I don't have the time to fall asleep like this every night. Therefore, I tried it for 15 minutes and gave up. This is the invention of low IQ manlets, just save up for LL.
Summary
If you're doing this, you're most likely low IQ or too desperate. There is no benefit from this except for posture correction. It's already over for you, just save up for LL and if in puberty, prioritise sleep, nutrition and physical activity rather than rotting away and feeding into manlet propaganda. You're most likely just going to get something like Osgood-Schlatter disease. If you still go ahead with this, maybe you deserve being the subhuman manlet low iq excuse of a person you are.
