Over the next week weeks I’m going to slowly try to stretch them more and more which will exert in more force and hopefully more decompression

No I don’t hope to grow my bones with this yes I hope it makes me 1+in taller over the next few months with fixing posture/decompression

Don’t talk to me about coping I’m already using hgh
