Guide to spend you're money on if you wanna hardmax no surgeries included.
1. Test
Test is prob the best hardmax you can do, it gives easy muscles and only weekly pinning no daily is needed.
What does it do? We have testerone naturally but it's good to have more here is why. It supports muscle growth and bone strength. Test also increases energy levels and motivation. It plays a even bigger roll during puberty by helping the body develop features such as a deeper voice, facial hair, and increased height.
There is not only positives in test if you start taking it during puberty it can make you shorter then you're original final height. It can lead to acne, hairloss, mood changes, fluid retention, lower natural testerone production, smaller balls and heart risks.
How to counter it? Acne take Accutane, hairloss dutasteride or finasteride and minoxdill, oral is the best. Mood changes is hard to controll but can be prevented with a good sleep routine. You can use a heart monitor to see if you're heart rate is skyrocketing jfl. Heart risks can be prevented by not using such a huge dose and use pct after the cycle.

You can prevent the most of them by starting with a lower dose and monitor whats happening and Cialis for the erectile shit.

Makes you're face appear slimmer by destroying the fat in you're face creating a more hollow cheeks look, it does not work if you are high bodyfat ofc.
sides, swallowing, irration the place you injected it in, nerv injury can happen if you inject it in the wrong place.

5. Retatrutide, this was meant to be number 2 but i forgot it okay...
Makes you less hungry the best one to use to lose fat binds to three different receptors to instead of one that Ozempic does.
