What do you think are the biggest differences in the forum now compared to then?

For starters, the absolute biggest is the number of users. I am user number 11,614. The most recent user is number 379,178.
The forum has grown exponentially over the years, and so has looksmaxxing. I remember when looksmaxxing was very niche and obscure and only really associated with the incel subculture. It was pretty surreal in a way when I saw it hit the mainstream.

Before, the forum had a lot more incel-tier guys, and the community was more tight-knit. There was definitely overlap with incel forums and this one. Now it seems like there are a lot more people from TikTok, Instagram, etc. who were never originally on incel forums and part of the incel subculture.

The number of users and the core userbase and audience have changed a lot. What went from something very niche and DIY has turned into something much larger and commercialized.
