Few months? Stop the bullshit. I’ve waited a year for this surgery, and many of your other clients have waited just as long, as anyone can see from the thread exposing what’s going on. My design has been finished for ages. I paid the production fee ... over 6000 DOLLARS for the implants to be printed. So did many others. Yet you are effectively holding everything hostage because you refuse to get yourself to Istanbul.

The implants were paid for and supposed to be printed and delivered to the surgeon. That was the entire point of the production fee. Instead, nothing has happened. Even the turkish doctor and his staff are pissed at you frustrated with you. Didn’t Pagnioni also drop you because of your unprofessional behavior?

You clearly have no idea what kind of psychological damage you are causing people. Clients have taken time off work, rearranged their lives, booked travel, and prepared for surgery multiple times ... only for you to make another promise that leads nowhere. You keep taking money while failing to deliver what people paid for.

At this point it looks exactly like a scam. Refusing to return the production fee would be outright fraud. That money was given for a very specific purpose: to print the implants and bring them to the surgeon. You have not done that.

There are several avenues I’m considering to recover the money: legal action and even hiring people in Thailand to track him down if necessary. But at this point it isn’t really about the money. It’s about principle. I earn a lot and I'm well connected through my family, and I’m fully willing to spend what it takes to expose him if he bails in March. That could mean funding campaigns to spread awareness, amplifying the story through influencers, or pushing the issue through every algorithm that will carry it. If it comes to that, I’ll make it my mission to ensure he never has the opportunity to scam anyone again. He may think he’s the most ruthless person in the room, but when it comes to holding someone accountable, I'm far more relentless. I won’t stop until the consequences catch up with him. What bothers me most are the people who took out loans or spent their savings. They’re the ones I feel for. No one should have to pay that price for someone elses deception.

Giant is still in Thailand after posting this as "proof" he isn't a scammer. There are still more than 5 confirmed uncompleted designs with more clients still coming out of the woodwork. Despite him taking over a year to deliver designs/surgery, he is still accepting new clients to the current batch. He has provided zero proof that he has produced any implants/plates/guides despite claiming to have sent multiple cases to production.
