Which mogs i prefer barbell

Eh, this one is alright. It depends on what you want, do you wanna isolate the back muscles for hypertrophy or just get stronger? If the latter, do barbell rows, if your goal is back hypertrophy and not really strength then use the machines. 100% use lat pulldowns though, its amazing for lats.

It mogs barbell definitely. I would implement some form of calisthenics (pullups) in your routine every once in a while, its great.

im too weak for pull ups. I can try to add a set of negatives but i dont feel much iusually
 
whats a good pull day routine then
4x10-12 Lat pulldowns
3x12 cable or dumbell row
3xFailure weighted/unweighted pull ups


You can also mix and match if you want I guess, this one is what I do in the gym.

@HimmyButler Heres a good idea.

Lat pulldowns (Overall lat development for width)

Cable rows/row machine/free weight rows (overall back development)

T bar rows for upper back development.

Ok, but these are all a lot of compound movements, you can switch T bar rows to face pulls if you start getting fatigued early, its gonna be hard doing THAT many compounds 2x a week.

Ill try pull up negatives first and if thats too much maybe facepulls then

Sure, dont forget training your abs with bodyweight, its pretty useful.

i alwayd neglect training my neck and abs i gotta keep doing them

Make sure your neck doesnt get too wide. I made that mistake and had to chew like an ape to fix my jaw width again

I’m a bit of a neckcel it’s not that bad but it could be a lot better
