Well yeah the overall avg height of america is super short because of immigrants (america is majority immigrants). But my school is >90% white so the average height there is around 6' if u exclude people who are still growing

ye nutrition matters a TON. if ur parents had bad nutrition (which is the case for many people in america) but they were able to move up the social hierarchy and become rich (so they can provide u with good nutrition), then u will likely be pretty tall

More because it is a mixed country even the White population is a mix of many European ethnicities, like those from S. Europe that are shorter than N. Europeans. I am pretty sure young American males mainly of N. Euro stock are also around 6 feet on average these days, those in areas with lots of S. European input even in the White population might be a bit shorter on average. Just depends on the ethnic stock of the White population in the area I think.
